I have a 2010 GMC Acadia.We came in for a routine oil chance and a recall on the water pump.Our warrenty expired 11 days before we came in. The fantastic people there at Reno GMC noticed a large problem with the stearing of the car.They asked me to bring it back and they completely fixed it for no charge. With out them taking care of this i could have been stuck with a $1600.00 bill.The entire crew there went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much. Scott Lundy

Brought in my Cadillac SRX for the scheduled oil change, as usual the staff got me in on the day that was convenient for me, and was ready when I got there and in less than 5 minutes I was on my way. They gave me a time it would be done which it was, my car was washed when I picked it up. The staff there has always been the best in our opinion no matter what! I tell everybody how great they are as often as I can!
