We had been thinking about downsizing a few vehicles in size as the family has gotten smaller. When I took my Escalade in for an oil change I saw the SRX and picked up a brochure on it and talked to Ken Lax, just questions to begin with, brought the book home and talked to my husband. No pressure, no calls or harassing, that was nice. Went down to take one for a drive a few days later wth Harold to see if it would be a fit for us as we are both an XL couple and need space for our lab and luggage when we travel. It drove like a dream and we were both very comfortable either driving or passenger or in the back seat. What I enjoyed was the no pressure selling, just sitting down and talking and letting us make up our minds if this is what we would like. I have purchased over 20 vehicles from Reno Buick... and it was as comfortable this time as every time.
