We took our 2011 GMC Acadia for a non-warranty service. It was our first time there. The staff were so friendly, courteous and professional and so was our shuttle driver, Ray. But we just had to meet the one person that really made it so easy and convenient for us, when we needed to schedule an appointment. We just had to meet Roberta from Customer service. I originally came to the dealership a year ago and Matt Kelly almost sold a Chevy Impala to me then, but I was unable to do the deal. I was already approved and set up to buy an SUV at another dealership when my husband told me about a 2013 Chevy Impala at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. I called and left Matt Kelly a message. He came in on his day off to show me the car I called about. A few hours later I drove off of the lot in the very car I called about. The finance guys worked hard to get the deal through, but the car I drove off in was not working. So, Mike (bald) called me and informed me that we had three ways to go. He told me about another 2013 Chevy Impala that was black. I didn't want a black car of any kind, but was willing to check it out. However, when I got to the dealership to look at the car, someone had loaned it out. The boys worked hard again, got the car back to the dealership that night and had it detailed, tank full and inspected before I got there. I was totally ready to back out and get my original trade back. BUT, when Matt drove around the corner with the black 2013 Impala, that was it!!! It was love at first sight!!!! This car was leaps and bounds better than the first 2013 Impala. Wow, was it sex!!! Matt told me that he knew it was the one as soon as he saw it. He was right!! My new 2013 Chevy Impala is fantastic!!! It was great working with Matt and he even remembered me from a year ago. My husband even loves the car and that is saying a lot. Because of all the hard work, attention to detail and Matt taking the time to listed to what I really wanted he knocked the ball out of the park. That was a complete grand slam in my book!!!!
